Use this page to report an issue for an activity within a course. You can access the Report Issue button when you are:
- Previewing any activity on the Content tab or the Customization Editor in the Course, Section, or Enrollment Hub.
- Reviewing student work via the Grades tab in the Enrollment Hub.
- When previewing an activity or grading a student's activity, expand the player to full screen by clicking the Expand icon.
- At the bottom-left of the expanded player, click Report Issue.
- On the Report an Issue window, input the following, then click Submit.
Field Action First Name Input your first name. Last Name Input your last name. Email Input your email address. Phone (optional) If desired, input your phone number. Issue Category Select the applicable category from the drop-down list. Issue Details Input the details of the issue you encountered, using as much detail as possible. Upload File (optional) If desired, add an attachment, such as a screenshot that provides information about the issue. - A confirmation message displays and the Report an Issue window closes.
