Looking for the syllabus of a heritage course? Access the Edgenuity Syllabi Resources page of the Imagine Learning website.
Use this article to learn how to access the EdgeEX syllabus and customize it.
- On the Manage Courses page, locate the desired course section and open it.

On the left navigation, click Resources.
Note
The Resources tab is also accessible from the Course Hub and the Enrollment Hub.
- If you are on the Course Hub, select the applicable version of the course.
- On the list of resources that displays, click Syllabus.
- The syllabus for the course displays. Click Expand All to view all sections or click the chevron at the right of an individual section to open it.

Sections with an edit icon are editable. Click the icon to edit the section.
Tip
We recommend adding local accessibility and academic support information to the Student Expectations section. For guidance, see Customizing Student Expectations below.
- When you are finished editing, click Save.
- Click Download to download a PDF of the syllabus.
Customizing Student Expectations to include local accessibility and academic support information
Because courses are designed for use across states/districts/schools, instructors are responsible for adding organization-specific information about accessibility services and academic support resources. This information should be included in the Student Expectations section of the syllabus so students clearly understand how to access support. The guidance and template below will help you localize the course.

Identify your institution's support contacts. Gather the following:
Accessibility and Accommodations - Name of the office, team, or individual responsible for accessibility and accommodations (for example, Disability Services Office, Accessibility Services, ADA Coordinator).
- Contact information (email, phone number, website, or ticketing system).
- Brief description of how students request accommodations.
Academic Support Services - Available academic support resources (for example, tutoring, writing center, advising, library support, technical support).
- How students access these services (for example, website links, appointment systems, in-person locations).
- In the Student Expectations section of the syllabus, scroll to the bottom and click Add More.

Copy and paste the following language into the text field. Then, customize the information in brackets:

Our institution is committed to providing equitable access to learning opportunities for all students.
Students who have a documented disability or who require accommodations should contact [Office/Team Name] as early as possible to discuss available support services.

Once accommodations are approved, please communicate with your instructor to ensure arrangements can be implemented effectively in this course.
