Updating permissions for an educator

You may need to update permissions for an educator. For example, the educator begins grading student work and does not have the ability to reset student assignments, you might choose to enable that permission for the teacher's account.


To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "Edit Educators" and "Access to All Schools in District" checked under Educator Accounts. To validate your permissions, click here.

  1. Click Update Permissions.
  2. Select the permission to update.
  3. Click the radio button to enable or disable the permission for the selected educator.
  4. Click Save.
  5. A confirmation screen shows the changes were submitted for processing. Click OK.
