Sending an educator a Password Reset Email

This page is helpful when you want to change an educator's password, but you want them to create it. This feature sends them a link to change their password. You can only do this using a single educator account at a time.

 Permission

To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "Can Send Educators Reset Password Email" checked under Educator Accounts. To validate your permissions, click here.

  1. Under Account Security, select Send Password Reset Email.

  2. To confirm, select Send Password Reset Email.
