Changing an educator password

This page is helpful when you want to change an educator's password. This action can only be taken using a single educator account at a time.

 Permission

To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "Change Educator Passwords" checked under Educator Accounts. To validate your permissions, click here.

  1. Under the More tab, select Manage Educators.

  2. Use the search or filters to isolate the specific user. Learn more about the Manage Educators page here.

  3. Checkmark the desired educator.

  4. Under Account Security, select Change Educator Password.

  5. Enter a New Password that meets the Imagine Edgenuity password requirements. Then re-enter the new password.

  6. Click Change Password.

  7. To confirm, click OK.
