Use this article to learn how to access the Course Structure of an EdgeEX course.
- On the Manage Courses page, locate the desired course section and open it.

On the left navigation, click Content.

The Content tab is also accessible from the Course Hub and the Enrollment Hub.
- On the center pane, click Course Structure.

The Course Structure displays. Perform any of the following actions:
Action Description 1. Customize the course On the left pane, click Customize to customize the course. 2. View the semesters, units, and activities of a course On the left pane, click to expand the titles of semesters, units, lessons, and activities.
You can also filter activities to quickly find activities based on specific criteria. Review the Filtering section below for more information about using the filters.
3. View information about the course On the right pane, view information about the course, unit, or lesson, including:
- Number of activities
- Amount of time it will take to complete
- Number of teacher-scored activities
- Standards
- Required materials
- Guided notes
5. Drill down to view units, lessons and activities On the right pane, click to view units, lessons, and activities.
Filtering
- Filter the Courses tab to quickly find activities based on specific criteria.
- Under Course Structure, click Filters. The Filters flyout displays.

Select the applicable filters. The following filters are available:
Filter type Description Scoring Select Teacher Scored to view all teacher-scored activities.
Activity type Click Select All to view all activity types or click the box next to each activity that you'd like to see. You can also use the search box to search for the activity type.
- Once you have selected the applicable filters, at the bottom of the flyout, click Apply Filters.

The Filters button displays with the number of filters that have been applied.
You can also view the selected filters at the top of the Filters flyout.
Note
If you have filtered for an activity type that doesn't apply, nothing will display on the list of activities.
To remove applied filters, click the Filters button. When the flyout opens, click Clear. Or, remove the filters one at a time by clicking the X next to the filter type at the top of the flyout.
