EdgeEX — Using the Section Gradebook

The Section Gradebook lets you view, take action on, and download the grading information for all active enrollments in a section. 

Accessing the Section Gradebook

  1. Access the Section Hub.
  2. On the Enrollments tab, in the center panel, click Section Gradebook.

  3. The Section Gradebook displays.

Features of the Section Gradebook

The features of the Section Gradebook are as follows:

Download

Click Download to download the all the enrollment data in .csv format.
Previous/Next Lesson

Click forward or backward through the lessons of the course.
Grade metrics

Select the grade metric that you would like to view.
Activities

Click the activity abbreviation to view the type of activity.
Enrollment data

  • The value in the first column is the student's actual progress in the course.
  • Click an enrollment's name to be taken directly to their current activity on their Grades tab.
  • Click a specific score to be taken directly to an enrollment's scored activity on the Grades tab.
  • The gear icon indicates that an enrollment has been customized.

Rows per page

Select the number of rows per page that you prefer to view.
