Using the grade level assigned to the student, this report displays the number of students at each school with active status who have had any Gradebook records in an active course. It does not include courses that have been marked as "disabled" or "complete" by a user in the LMS nor does it include disabled students.
- Under the More tab, select More Reports.
- Enter a date by typing in the date field or clicking the calendar icon . This date is the beginning point of the data range. District reports display data from the date chosen to the current date. The format is DD/MM/YYYY.
- Click Active Enrollment by Grade Level.

- The report opens in a new browser window. This may take a few minutes depending on the size of the district.
The report details the following:
- A list of each school in the district.
- Grade levels. Students who were added without a grade level appear in the "none" column.
- The total number of active students enrolled in each school, by their assigned grade level.
- The Grand Total column indicates the total number of active students, with active courses, in each school.
- Click Export to Excel to export the data.
