Courses marked "Complete" by a user are included on the left side in the first section of the Current Completed Courses by Grade Level report. Active courses that are 100% complete (by time) are included on the right side of the report.
Note
Courses cannot be both Complete and Active.
- Under the More tab, select More Reports.
- Enter a date by typing in the date field or clicking the calendar icon . This date is the beginning point of the data range. District reports display data from the date chosen to the current date. The format is DD/MM/YYYY.
- Click Current Completed Courses by Grade Level.

- The report opens in a new browser window. This may take a few minutes depending on the size of the district.
The report tracks two different measurements. The left side of the report is Courses Set to Complete.
This report details each school in the district by grade, including the total number of courses that have been set to Complete.
a. The total column lists how many courses, per school, have been set to Complete.
b. The total row lists how many courses, per grade, have been set to Complete.
c. The cell where the Total column and Total row intersect lists the total number of courses, in all schools and for all grades, that have been marked Complete.
The right side of the report is Active Courses 100% Complete by Time.
This report details each school by grade, and the total number of active courses in which students have completed 100% of the assigned activities, but the course has NOT been set to Complete.
a. The Total column lists how many courses, per school, have been completed 100% by the student, but have NOT been set to Complete.
b. The Total row lists how many courses, per grade level, have been completed 100% by the student, but have NOT been set to Complete.
c. The cell where the Total column and Total row interest lists the total number of courses, in all schools and for all grades, which have been completed 100% by the student but NOT marked Complete.
Click Export to Excel to export the data.
