Data in the Courses Behind Target by Grade Level Report relates directly to the student progress bar on the individual progress report. This report shows students who are behind, on target, or ahead of their target percent based on start and target dates.
- Under the More tab, select More Reports.
- Enter a date by typing in the date field or clicking the calendar icon . This date is the beginning point of the data range. District reports display data from the date chosen to the current date. The format is DD/MM/YYYY.
- Click Courses Behind Target by Grade Level.

- The report opens in a new browser window. This may take a few minutes depending on the size of the district.
l. The report details the following:
A. List of all the courses work was performed, on and after the date selected in step 1 and whether or not those courses:
a. Are behind the target
b. Are on target
c. Have no Start and Target date set
d. Have a future Start date set (any date AFTER today's date)
B. The Grand Total column indicates the total number of active students in each course.
ll. Click Export to Excel to export the data.
