The Total Enrollment by Course Report shows all active courses assigned to users in a district.
- Under the More tab, select More Reports.
- Enter a date by typing in the date field or clicking the calendar icon . This date is the beginning point of the data range. District reports display data from the date chosen to the current date. The format is DD/MM/YYYY.
- Click Total Enrollment By Course.

- The report opens in a new browser window. This may take a few minutes depending on the size of the district.
a. The report details the following:
l. A list of all the courses where work has been performed, by grade level. This only tracks the number of active enrollments since the date selected in step 1.
ll. The Grand Total column indicates the total number of students where the course was assigned and at least one activity was worked on by the student.
b. Click Export to Excel to export the data.
