Setting Fail Attempts Allowed on Multiple Courses

Fail Attempts sets the number of times students may attempt an assessment and fail it before a teacher will be alerted and asked to allow additional retakes. The number of attempts allowed must be at least one. When Pretesting is enabled, at least two attempts should be allowed, since the pretest counts as one attempt.
