Use this page to update the columns displayed on the Manage Courses page.
- Under the Courses tab, select Manage Courses.
- Select the gear icon.
- Checkmark the columns you want to see populated on the Manage Courses page:
- School: A course exists in only one school, listed in this column.
- Teacher: If one teacher is assigned to a course, that teacher is listed in this column. This column also shows the total number of teachers assigned to a course if more than one teacher is assigned.
- Short Course ID: Each course is assigned a unique identifier used by our support staff to assist with research.
- Long Course ID: Each course is also assigned a unique GUID, or global unique identifier, which is used by our support staff to assist with research.
- Master Build Key: Each Imagine Learning base course (Algebra I, Physical Science, Survey of U.S. History, etc.) is assigned a build key which is used by our support staff to assist with research, shown in this column.
- External Course Code: If your school or district is utilizing one of our integration options, you may be required to utilize the external course code, included in this column when used.
- Legacy Master ID: Some Imagine Learning base courses (Algebra I, Physical Science, Survey of U.S. History, etc.) are also assigned a legacy build key which is used by our support staff to assist with research, shown in this column.
- Subject: The subject of the course (Elective, Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies).
- Grade: The recommended grade level of the course, only visible to educators and not to students.
- Series: The category of course as assigned by Imagine Learning staff. For example, an Advanced Placement course would have an 'AP' series name.
- Students: The total number of actively assigned enrollments.
- Edition: The status of the course.
- Select Save Configuration.
