Imagine Edgenuity and EdgeEX can be integrated into your district’s technology ecosystem in a variety of ways. To initiate a conversation about purchasing one or more of the following integrations for your district, please contact your Imagine Learning Account Executive.
Account creation
Student and educator accounts can be created automatically via nightly sync with your SIS. Edgenuity/EdgeEX support the OneRoster standard for account creation.
Course enrollments
Once a district staff member has mapped SIS course codes to Edgenuity/EdgeEX courses, students can automatically be enrolled in courses/sections via nightly sync with your SIS. Edgenuity/EdgeEX support the OneRoster standard for enrollments.
Single sign-on
Edgenuity/EdgeEX supports single sign-on with a variety of methods and providers. Single sign-on integrations much be paired with account creation via nightly import.

Thin Common Cartridge
Most Edgenuity courses can be integrated with major learning management systems via Thin Common Cartridge. This is not currently supported for EdgeEX but will be for Canvas and Schoology for Back to School 2025.

Genius
Integration Edgenuity has a partnership with Genius SIS that allows account creation and section enrollment to happen automatically in real time. This is not currently supported for EdgeEX but will be for Back to School 2025.
API
Edgenuity supports an API that district IT staff can use to create custom integrations. This is not currently supported for EdgeEX but will be in the future.
