Use this article to update the course information of a course in the District Catalog or School Catalog.
- Access the Course Hub.
- The Course Hub displays, defaulting to the Content view. If Content is not selected, click the Content button.
- Next to Course Information, click the pencil icon.
- The course information displays with the default options selected. Make the applicable changes to the course information:
Field Action Course Description Customize the course description. Course Name Customize the course name. Length From the drop-down menu, select the applicable length:
- Year
- Semester
- Module
Subject From the drop-down menu, select the applicable subject:
- Math
- Language Arts
- Science
- Social and Emotional Learning
- Social Studies
- World Languages
- General Electives
Grade Levels From the drop-down menu, select the applicable grade level(s).
Local Course Code Enter a local course code, if applicable. Course Tools From the drop-down menu, select the applicable course tools:
- Matrix Calculator
- Normal Distribution
- Periodic Table
- Reference Sheet(s)
- Regression Calculator
- Standard Calculator
- Statistics Calculator
Course Tags Add course tags, if applicable. Customization Permissions Update the customization permissions by clicking the toggle next to each permission.
- Click Save Changes.
- On the confirmation window that displays, select the applicable option.
- Click Save.
- A confirmation window displays.
