This report allows you to see specific times when your student was logged in and working on heritage Imagine Edgenuity coursework. You can use this view to determine if the student is spending sufficient time and whether that time is being used wisely- active time versus idle time.
The total time and activities for each day appear in the light blue header bars. You may want to consider working with students on specific goals for either a total number of activities to complete per day, or perhaps the total amount of time to spend each day in order to stay on track. The Activities Completed column shows the number of activities a student finished during that session. As the student moves through a lesson, each activity has its own count.
For activity data to be reflected in reporting, the student must first fully end their session. This occurs when the student exits the enrollment, for example, by moving to a different enrollment, or logging out entirely. Once the session has ended, the reporting data will update accordingly.
Note
Time spent in EdgeEX courses displays as idle time in this report. To view information about EdgeEX courses, access the EdgeEX Attendance Log.
Note
The Time This Week number above the Attendance Log displays the total time for the school week that includes the date listed to the left as Recent Access. If you change the dates in the Attendance Log, the Time This Week number does not change to display the time spent in the new timeframe you've selected.
