Enrolling multiple students in courses

Use this page to enroll students in one or more courses.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is there a limit to how many enrollments can be made?

Bulk enrollments for a course are capped at 200. If more than 200 enrollments are needed, check out our Open Enrollment and Access Code features.

If I hit the 200-enrollment limit, is there a timeframe on how long I have to wait before I can make additional enrollments?

This limitation is simply how many can be done at once. For example, you could enroll 200 students in a math course. Then enroll another 200 students in a science course. Note that the 200 enrollment cap can be made in multiple ways, such as enroll 200 students in 1 course, 100 students in 2 courses, or 50 students in 4 courses.

Is there anything special I need to do to enroll students in an eDynamic Learning course?

The steps are the same as enrolling students in any other courses, but you must have the Add New Subscription Enrollment permission enabled.

To check your permissions, reference Checking Your Educator Permissions.
