EdgeEX vs. heritage Edgenuity — Calculating Target Progress

 Note

This article is for use by EdgeEX Beta users.

The calculation of Target Progress is different in EdgeEX than in heritage Imagine Edgenuity courses.

EdgeEx vs. heritage

EdgeEX Heritage

Target Progress in EdgeEX courses represents the percent complete that a student will be at the end of that day if they complete all the activities due that day.

This means that if a project spans multiple days, a student will not appear to be behind as long as they submit the project by its due date.

Target Progress in heritage courses is a ratio of days elapsed compared to available working days in the course.

This means that if a project spans multiple days, a student will appear to be behind even though they have completed all of the work due that day.
