You can access and download your student's Course Report from their Course Map in the Family Portal. Use this page to learn about the contents of the Course Report.

Features of the report
The table below explains each part of the report.

| Left header information | |
| Course Report | Name and type of course. |
| Total Active Time | Student's total active time. |
| Grade |
Actual Grade: Student's Actual Grade. Note The school district decides which of the Overall Grade, Actual Grade, and Relative Grade metrics display on the Course Report. Values that are not selected will not display when the report is downloaded. |
| Right header information | |
| Report Created On | Date and time the report was created. |
| Start Date | Date the student is expected to start the course. |
| Target Date | Date the student is expected to complete the course. |
| Target Progress | The percent of the course the student should have completed by the end of the previous working day based on the activity due dates set for the course. |
| Actual Progress | Completed percentage by time, which represents how far along in the course the student has progressed. |
| Report columns | |
| Activity |
List of each activity within each lesson of the course. If a course has been customized, it will be reflected on this report. |
| Due | Due date assigned to the activity. |
| Started | Date the student first began the activity. |
| Submitted |
Date the student submitted the activity. If a student has multiple attempts, the date displayed is the date the student submitted the attempt that is counted towards their grade (for a non-counted activity, it is the most recent attempt). |
| Attempts | Number of times a student completed the activity. |
| Est Time | Approximate time it would take a student to complete the activity. |
| Total Time |
Total comprehensive time it took a student to complete the activity. If a student has multiple attempts, the time displayed is a summation of all the attempts. |
| Category |
Weighted category to which the activity is associated. Activities with a grade weight of Instruction are not shown. |
| Score |
Score the student earned on the activity that is counted. Activities with a grade weight of Instruction are not shown. |
