Accessing the Archived Students tab

Use this page to see archived students. These are students who are not currently active and, therefore, cannot access Edgenuity's system.

Why can't I see an Archived Date for a student?

A missing archived date is likely due to the student's status being changed to Archived from the Update Student page instead of Manage Students.

Accessing archived students

  1. Under the Students tab, select Manage Students.

    You can also click the Manage Students button from the homepage.

  2. Click the Archived tab.

  3. Click the Filters button.

  4. Add or remove filters to manage specific students. To find out about each filter, click here.
