| Lesson | Content of a particular concept |
| Activity | Part of the lesson a student completed |
| Counted | Specifies if that activity was counted towards the grade. Answer options are: "Yes" or "No" |
| Score | Score earned for the activity |
| Attempts | Number of tries it took the student to complete the activity |
| Submit Date | Day the activity was submitted to be scored |
| Action Required | Specifies if the educator is required to take action. Answer options are: "Yes" or "No" |
