Use this page to learn about the contents of the Academic Integrity Report. Educators can use this report to view data about the following academic integrity violations:
The Academic Integrity Report provides information about EdgeEX courses only. Report data populates through an overnight sync. The data goes back to January 2024.
Based on data generated by the Academic Integrity add-on feature and the Speed Radar, the report shows trends in Speed Radar violations, plagiarism, and AI-generated content detections for an entire population of students.

Accessing the report
- Access Administrator Reports.
- Click Academic Integrity (EdgeEX).
- The report displays the Default View, which includes data for all of the students in your population (If you are a district administrator, it shows you data from all the schools in your district. If you are a school administrator, it shows you information from your school).
Report features
The table below explains each section of the report.

Percentage of Violations |
Displays the percentage of all Short Writing and Essay submissions that are above the designated Plagiarism Threshold. |
Number of Violations | Displays the number of all Short Writing and Essay submissions that are above the designated Plagiarism Threshold. |
Academic Integrity Incidents Graph |
Bar graph that shows hows detected plagiarism and AI-generated content for a population of students. |
Academic Integrity Detection Details |
The bottom section of the report shows the details of the chart above in table format. You can view the information in more detail by drilling down by school, student, and course/section. |
Customizing the report
This portion of the report allows you to perform data filtering to customize the set of students returned in the results.
Filter | Description |

Plagiarism Threshold |
Select a threshold of plagiarism detection that you would like to populate on the report. The default is 15%, which matches the default percentage detected on the plagiarism detection scan for which a teacher receives an alert on an activity. |
Activity Submitted Date |
Select a date range of activities that you would like to populate on the report. |
Select Row Values |
Use this drop-down menu to select the information you want to display. As you make selections, the table refreshes with the updated information. The menu determines the hierarchy that displays on the left side of the results table. Select the values in the order in which you want to group data in the report. For example, to see all of a Student's courses grouped together, select Home School, followed by Student Name, followed by Course. Or, if you want to see all of a Course's enrollments grouped together, select Course, followed by Student Name. To reorder the hierarchy, clear the selections using the eraser icon, then re-select the order in which you click each box. The report defaults to show data by school, then by student, then by student's course. |
Incident Type |
Use this drop-down menu to select the information you want to display. As you make selections, the table refreshes with the updated information. You can view AI-generated content, Plagiarism, or Speed Radar. |
Tips
- Click Reset to revert the filters back to their defaults.

The filters work together (if you select multiple filters, the results contain only the data that meets all the requirements of all filters).
