Managing Current Student Sessions

  1. Under the Students tab, select Manage Student Sessions.

  2. Select the Session Status to view:
    • Open Session- students currently logged into the system
      • Last Access- date and time student logged into the system
      • Action- selecting "Close" will log the student out of the system.

    • Closed Session- students not currently logged into the system
      • Last Access- most recent date and time the student logged out
      • Action- nothing appears in this column

    • All Students- list of all students, logged in or out of the system
      • Student is logged in- the date and time they logged into the system will show under Last Access and "Close" will appear under Action
      • Student is logged out- the date and time they logged out of the system will show under Last Access and Action will appear blank
