It is rare that you would need to reactivate completed enrollments, but the option is there if enrollments were completed in error, if you need to review specific student responses, or whatever the reasoning.
To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "Reactivate Disabled Enrollment," "Reactivate Completed Enrollment," and "Manage Enrollments in Bulk" checked under Student Enrollments. To validate your permissions, click here.
- Under the Students tab, select Manage Enrollments.
- Click the Completed tab.
- Checkmark the enrollment(s) desired to reactivate.
- Click Reactivate.
- Ensure the enrollment(s) are correct. Click Reactivate.
- A confirmation window says the enrollment(s) were reactivated successfully. Click OK.
