Use this page to create a new snapshot.
- Under the More tab, select Manage Snapshots.
- Click Add Snapshot.
- Enter a description and date. Click the calendar or manually add a date in the Date field (the date the snapshot runs) with the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Snapshots run at 12:01 am AZ time on the date you type in the Date field, and include data through the previous day. For example, if you select 11/03/2022, the snapshot will contain data through 11:59 pm AZ time on 11/02/2022.
- Click Add Snapshot.
- The snapshot is added to the list.
Create multiple snapshots at the end of each week to review student progress over time.
