Creating a Snapshot

Use this page to create a new snapshot.

 

 Permission

To create snapshots you must have "Manage Snapshots" permissions. Click here to validate your permissions in District and School Settings.  

  1. Under the More tab, select Manage Snapshots.

  2. Click Add Snapshot.

  3. Enter a description and date. Click the calendar or manually add a date in the Date field (the date the snapshot runs) with the format MM/DD/YYYY.

    Snapshots run at 12:01 am AZ time on the date you type in the Date field, and include data through the previous day. For example, if you select 11/03/2022, the snapshot will contain data through 11:59 pm AZ time on 11/02/2022.

  4. Click Add Snapshot.

  5. The snapshot is added to the list.

Create multiple snapshots at the end of each week to review student progress over time.
