Disabling a Single Enrollment

There may be times where you want to remove student access to courses. This is also known as archiving or disabling enrollments and it is a simple task.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What happens to a student's coursework when you archive the student enrollment?

Student work is never deleted in Edgenuity. When a student's enrollment is disabled, the student will no longer be able access that course when they log into Edgenuity. Any coursework that was attempted or submitted prior to archiving the student's enrollment will remain, exactly as-is, until you enable the student's enrollment again. The student will be able to pick up right where they left off when the enrollment was disabled.
