Use this page to view information about a student transferred out of a district.
Frequently asked questions
What information is transferred?
- The student's profile as seen in Update Student.
- The student's course enrollments, so they can keep working.
- Enrollment metrics such as time spent, progress, and grades.
What information is not transferred?
- The teacher of the course in the original district.
- Teacher actions taken when the enrollment was at the original district, as reported in the Recent Actions report.
- Teacher comments made when the enrollment was at the original district.
- Email communications and Collaboration Corner messages made at the original district.
Viewing information for student transferred out of district
- Under the More tab, click Recent Actions.
- In the Search Criteria, adjust Start and End Dates to choose the date range the transfer may have taken place.
- Under the Action criteria, begin typing "Transferred Out" in the Type field or select it from the menu.
- Click Search.
- Locate and click the student's name in the Affected User list.
- Action Details display at the bottom of the screen. Click the student's name to see all prior data available such as enrollments and student information.
