Viewing Information for student who transferred out of district

Use this page to view information about a student transferred out of a district.

Frequently asked questions

What information is transferred?
  • The student's profile as seen in Update Student.
  • The student's course enrollments, so they can keep working.
  • Enrollment metrics such as time spent, progress, and grades.
What information is not transferred?
  • The teacher of the course in the original district.
  • Teacher actions taken when the enrollment was at the original district, as reported in the Recent Actions report.
  • Teacher comments made when the enrollment was at the original district.
  • Email communications and Collaboration Corner messages made at the original district.

Viewing information for student transferred out of district

  1. Under the More tab, click Recent Actions.

  2. In the Search Criteria, adjust Start and End Dates to choose the date range the transfer may have taken place.

  3. Under the Action criteria, begin typing "Transferred Out" in the Type field or select it from the menu.

  4. Click Search.

  5. Locate and click the student's name in the Affected User list.

  6. Action Details display at the bottom of the screen. Click the student's name to see all prior data available such as enrollments and student information.
