Group Filters enable the educator to narrow the list of students by Schools, Classes, and User Groups.
- Schools: Lets the educator change the roster to see students from different schools.
To access group filters you must have "View District Schools" permissions. Click here to validate your permissions in District and School Settings.
- Classes: Displays only the students assigned to the educator's class.
- User Groups: Displays only the students assigned to the educator's user group.
The School and Class or User Group filter must coincide. For example, if a student is in a group made from School A, but their primary access is School B, they will not show up when the Group is chosen unless their primary school is selected as well.
