Enrollments with a Last Activity Date older than 5 years are removed from the Imagine Edgenuity LMS. This means you won't see these enrollments on Manage Enrollments, students' course lists, or reports accessed from within the LMS.
What if I need access to enrollment data older than 5 years old?
Contact Customer Support to submit a request for a download of enrollment data that has been removed from Imagine Edgenuity.
