Reporting an Issue for an Activity

Use this page to report an issue for an activity within a course.

  1. Under the Students tab, select Manage Students.

    Click the Manage Students button from the homepage.

  2. Click the Filters button.

  3. Add or remove filters to manage specific students. To find out about each filter, click here.

  4. Select Apply.

  5. Click the name of the student.

  6. Select the radio-button for the course.

  7. Click Grades.

  8. Click on the activity with the issue.

  9. In the Selected Activity box, select Report an Issue.

  10. The submission form will populate the account information. Fill in as much as possible. Be sure to add a brief description of the issue. Click OK.
