Import of new Renaissance scores is no longer supported as of December 31, 2023. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs.
Import of new NWEA scores is no longer supported as of September 1, 2024. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs.
If a student is currently working on an ILP, they can continue working. If a student completes a learning path, we recommend the following:
- Have the student go back and complete anything they didn't master.
- Manually place the student in a higher learning path. The student can take the Edgenuity Placement Exam to determine which path to move on to.

Only tests taken after the auto-import option was enabled, will import.
The system will automatically disable the student's current enrollment and auto-assign the higher ILP for the student.
Caution
Before using the new NWEA integration, check to make sure your District BID and optional School BID are saved in your NWEA Settings. These are unique codes created by NWEA specifically for your district/school after you have authorized your Data Sharing Agreement. Your Edgenuity integration specialist will have access to your BID and be able to enter it for you in MyPath to ensure that the appropriate MAP test data is imported."

Under the Courses tab, click Manage Edgenuity MyPath.

On the NWEA tab, click NWEA Settings.

Check to make sure the District BID is entered.

The District BID will be in the format of the following characters: 8 - 4 - 4 - 4 - 12
Tips
Data from all the schools in a district will populate if a School BID is not specified. Enter the School BID to receive only that school's data.
- Mark the Auto-Import Scores and Auto-Assign ILPs settings as desired.
Note
With Auto-Import Scores enabled:
- Only tests taken after the feature is enabled, will be automatically imported.
- Tests will be automatically imported daily at 3:30 am (AZ time). Each import will include tests taken within the last three days.
With Auto-Assign ILPs enabled:
- ILPs will be automatically assigned after the feature is enabled, following each new test import.
- Students who test above their current ILP enrollment will be placed into the higher ILP. The current ILP will be automatically disabled.
- Students who test below their current ILP enrollment will remain in that ILP.
