Import of new Renaissance scores is no longer supported as of December 31, 2023. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs.
Import of new NWEA scores is no longer supported as of September 1, 2024. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs.
If a student is currently working on an ILP, they can continue working. If a student completes a learning path, we recommend the following:
- Have the student go back and complete anything they didn't master.
- Manually place the student in a higher learning path. The student can take the Edgenuity Placement Exam to determine which path to move on to.
Tips
All MyPath users should monitor the Manage Enrollments at least once a week to determine whether students are making progress and mastering content.
- Under the Students tab, select Manage Enrollments.
- Click the Filters button.
- Under the Series filter, checkmark ILP.
Tips
Want some ideas on how to narrow data down more? Try either of these filter options:
-
Progress- Filter by the percentage of activities completed, which represents how far along in the course a student has progressed in an Individualized Learning Path (ILP). This can be a specified range, not started at all, or are all completed.
-
Pacing- Filter by students who are on track or ahead of the specified pace or who are behind by a specified percentage. *Note, this filter only works if there has been a target date set for the ILP.
5. Select the gear icon.
6. Checkmark the headers to display data of the students' enrollments.
Tips
Some spotlighted headers are:
- Active Time- The time a student spends making progress in a course, reported in HH:MM:SS format.
- Progress- The percentage of activities completed, by time, which represents how far along in the course a student has progressed in an Individualized Learning Path (ILP).
- Pacing- The difference between the Target Completion Percentage (percentage of activities students would be expected to complete based on Target Date) and the percentage of activities completed. Positive means the student is ahead; negative means the student is behind. This will only populate if the Target Date is set.
- Overall Grade- The average grade for completed activities, based on the grade weights for each type of activity. (If your school doesn't use Overall Grade, feel free to select a different grade metric)
- Last Gradebook Entry- The last time the student completed a graded activity in the Individualized Learning Path (ILP).
7. Click Save Configuration.
8. View and analyze the list based on the selections made.
Note
The filters set will remain the next time you return to the Manage Enrollments page.
