Import of new Renaissance scores is no longer supported as of December 31, 2023. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs. 

Import of new NWEA scores is no longer supported as of September 1, 2024. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs.

If a student is currently working on an ILP, they can continue working. If a student completes a learning path, we recommend the following:

How does my student retake the placement exam?

Disable the old placement exam and then re-enroll the student in the placement exam.

To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "Bulk Enroll Students" checked under Student Enrollments. To validate your permissions, click here.

Enrolling a student in the Edgenuity Placement Exam

  1. Access the Selected Student tab of the applicable student.
  2. Under the student's name tab, click View Courses.

  3. Click Add Course.

  4. Under Series, select Placement Exam.

  5. Under Subject, select Math or Language Arts.
    Note:Should an educator want a student to take both the Math and Reading exam, do not populate this filter.

  6. Click Search.

  7. The search will populate. Checkmark the placement exam to add to the student's account.

  8. Click Add Selected Courses.

  9. A notification window will ask for verification to add the placement exam. Click Submit.

  10. A confirmation window will confirm the course was added successfully. The student can now log in to his/her account and take the exam. To close the window, select either Back to Courses or Add More to add additional courses to the student's account.
