Import of new NWEA scores is no longer supported as of September 1, 2024. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs.
If a student is currently working on an ILP, they can continue working. If a student completes a learning path, we recommend the following:
- Have the student go back and complete anything they didn't master.
- Manually place the student in a higher learning path. The student can take the Edgenuity Placement Exam to determine which path to move on to.
By default, the Individualized Learning Paths (ILPs) have been designed to help students get back on track in the most efficient way possible. Please take note of the following default options for these ILPs:
Course Option | Math ILP | Reading ILP |
---|---|---|
Pretesting: Students can test out of lessons they have previously mastered, allowing them to focus on the lessons they still need to master. |
Enabled | Disabled |
Automatic Progression: Students can take assessments up to two times, at which point the system will assign the highest earned grade, whether or not it meets or exceeds the passing threshold. |
Enabled | Enabled |
Teacher Review: Students can continue working on their ILP lessons without requiring teacher intervention to unlock the assessments. |
Disabled | Disabled |
Fail Attempts: The finite number of attempts a student has to pass an assessment. | 2 | 2 |
