Import of new NWEA scores is no longer supported as of September 1, 2024. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs.
If a student is currently working on an ILP, they can continue working. If a student completes a learning path, we recommend the following:
- Have the student go back and complete anything they didn't master.
- Manually place the student in a higher learning path. The student can take the Edgenuity Placement Exam to determine which path to move on to.
Before the importing of NWEA data can be done, you have to complete their Data Sharing Agreement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Many schools and districts may have already signed a DSA before NWEA's new secure API transfer process was made available. The new DSA mentioned on this page should be authorized in addition to any DSAs previously authorized in order for the new API sync to occur automatically for the school or district.
Customers can preview the text of the agreement here. The DSA must be authorized before a customer can access the new NWEA API.
Follow these steps to complete NWEA's Data Sharing Agreement:
- Log into the MAP Growth Administration site: https://teach.mapnwea.org
- Select Manage Data Partners.
- Select Edgenuity from the available options.
- Read the terms of the Data Sharing Agreement. If you agree to the terms and have the authority to authorize the data share, check the boxes and click Accept Agreement. This will authorize data sharing with Imagine Edgenuity.
- Once the agreement has been accepted, a green checkmark will appear next to Edgenuity.
