Reactivating a disabled enrollment

Sometimes an educator will need to reactivate an enrollment that was previously disabled. Follow the steps below to re-enable an enrollment for an individual student.

The information in this article applies to both heritage Imagine Edgenuity and EdgeEX courses.

 Permission

To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "Reactivate Disabled Enrollment" checked under Student Enrollments. To validate your permissions, click here.

  1. Access the Student Courses page.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click View Archived Courses.

  3. Select the radio button of the course to re-enable. You can only select one course at a time.

  4. Click Enable Course.

  5. The course is enabled. At the bottom of the page, click Back to Current Courses to view it on the list.
