Reporting an Issue for an Activity

Use this page to report an issue for an activity within a course.

  1. Under the Courses tab, select Gradebook.

  2. Use the filters to locate the applicable student.

  3. Click the student's name.

  4. Click on the activity with the issue.

  5. In the Selected Activity box, select Report an Issue.

  6. The submission form will populate the account information. Fill in as much as possible. Be sure to add a brief description of the issue. Click Submit.
