Note
New mail alerts do not refresh automatically. If you have access to multiple schools, sometimes you will need to log out and back in to see new mail alerts.
To determine if you have unread emails, complete the following:
- Review the Messages icon at the top-left of the header. If there are unread emails, a yellow notification displays with the number of emails.
- To access your Inbox, click the Messages icon.
- Choose a header to sort the list of emails.
