MyPath- NWEA- Addressing Errors During the Import Process

Import of new Renaissance scores is no longer supported as of December 31, 2023. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs. 

Import of new NWEA scores is no longer supported as of September 1, 2024. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs.

If a student is currently working on an ILP, they can continue working. If a student completes a learning path, we recommend the following:

During the import process, students will be linked to their corresponding MAP® Growth™ data within the CDF file (Comprehensive Data File). Educators will be directed to the Import Summary page showing the results of the MAP® Growth™ import.

This summary page will indicate how many total records were imported, the number of successful matches, and the number of errors when the system could not correctly match the student from the file to a student in Edgenuity.

Follow these steps to reconcile unmatched records:

  1. Students who have been matched correctly will appear on the first tab labeled Imported Map Scores; however, any students who could not be matched will appear on the third tab labeled Unmatched Records. For any unmatched records, educators will need to update those related students accounts in order to link the data correctly and view the recommended ILPs.

  2. Most likely the reason the import did not work is because there is an issue with the student's NWEA™ ID. Continue to the NWEA- Matching Unmatched Records article and follow the steps to reconcile the errors.
