MyPath- Exporting NWEA™ Data

Import of new Renaissance scores is no longer supported as of December 31, 2023. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs. 

Import of new NWEA scores is no longer supported as of September 1, 2024. Although new scores will not populate, if you have existing scores, you can use them to assign ILPs.

If a student is currently working on an ILP, they can continue working. If a student completes a learning path, we recommend the following:

Use this page to access NWEA™ MAP® Growth™ data. Users with the appropriate credentials will be able to export this data. Typically administrators will have this access and should follow the steps.
  1. Log in to Northwest Evaluation Association's (NWEA) site. The address is: https://sso.mapnwea.org/auth/login

  2. Click the link Map Reports.

  3. Under Data Tools, click the link for Data Export Scheduler.

  4. Select the options for the report. The options include: frequency, term, and export type as Comprehensive Data File (CDF).

  5. In the Contents section, choose whether to export the data by School or District.

  6. Click Download to export the MAP® Growth™ data (this can take up to 24 hours to be available).

  7. Save the exported file to an easy-to-access location. 

 Tips

By default, most computers will automatically save files to the Downloads folder. You may want to save the file to your desktop or create a file specifically for these export files.
