Reactivating a student's completed enrollment

Use this page if a student's enrollment in a course was marked complete by mistake, if an educator needs to review any work, or change grades. The enrollment in the course needs to be set back to active (incomplete) status. Reactivating a course will allow students to access the course again.

 Note

The information in this article applies to both heritage Imagine Edgenuity and EdgeEX courses.

 Permission

To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "Reactivate Completed Enrollment" checked under Student Enrollments. To validate your permissions, click here.

  1. Access the Student Courses page.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click View Archived Courses.

  3. Select the radio button of the course to reactivate. You can only select one course at a time.

  4. Click Set Course Incomplete.

  5. The course is reactivated. At the bottom of the page, click Back to Current Courses to view it on the list.
